The agreement between you and eko. It is short so that you can actually read it.

What eko is
A gallery where conversations with AI are exhibited as works. You choose what to show, dress it, and hang it. eko is run by Futoky and is free to use.
Who can use it
Anyone aged 15 or over. One person, one account. Do not share your account or sell it.
Your name and your address
Your pen name is what you are called. You can change it whenever you like, and two people can have the same one.
Your @handle is your address, and no two accounts can have the same one. Claiming your first handle is free. After that you can change it once a month. The limit is there for two reasons. An address that can be swapped every day is not worth pasting anywhere, and changing a handle is also how someone walks away from what they published. We can take back a handle that impersonates somebody, or that is being held in order to be sold.
What you publish stays yours
You keep every right you had in what you publish. You are giving eko permission to store it and show it: on the gallery wall, on your page, and in the preview card that appears when someone shares the link. That permission ends when you delete the piece.
eko will not sell your work, license it to anyone else, or use it to train a model.
What you publish must be yours to publish
A piece is a conversation you had. Do not publish someone else's conversation as your own. Do not publish one that gives away private information about another person, who is real and did not choose to be here.
Read what you are hanging before you hang it. A conversation can hold more than you remember: an address, a document, a name you meant to leave out. Once you publish, it is visible to everyone straight away.
The AI's replies come from a service that has its own terms. Respecting those is up to you. eko is not part of that agreement.
What you must not do
- Publish anything unlawful, or content that harasses, threatens or defames.
- Impersonate anyone.
- Publish private information about someone without their consent.
- Publish sexual content involving minors, or content that promotes violence against people.
- Attack the service, break into it, copy it wholesale, or overload it.
Publishing is by invitation for now
Anyone can create an account, read, like and follow. Hanging a piece is limited to invited accounts while eko is starting out. This will open up later.
Taking things down
We can remove a piece that breaks these terms, and close an account that keeps breaking them. Where we reasonably can, we will tell you why, and you can write back, so that a mistake on our side can be put right.
If something on eko concerns you and should not be public, write to hello@ekogalerie.com. That includes work of yours that somebody else has published.
Leaving
You can delete your account whenever you want, from the bottom of your own page. It takes your profile, your pieces and the files you uploaded with it, and it cannot be undone. One thing to know: anything that was public may have been copied or archived elsewhere in the meantime. Deleting it here removes it from here.
What eko does not promise
eko is young and free. It may break, lose a feature, or be unavailable for a while. Keep your own copy of anything you would be sorry to lose, because a gallery is not a backup service.
As far as the law allows, eko is provided as it is, and Futoky is not liable for indirect loss caused by using it. Nothing here removes a right you have as a consumer under French law.
Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. We will announce anything that meaningfully affects you inside the application rather than change it quietly.
Law
French law applies. If we cannot settle a disagreement between us, the French courts have jurisdiction. As a consumer you can also go to a mediator before going to court.
Publisher and host
eko is published by Futoky, who runs it as a personal project and earns nothing from it, and who can be reached at hello@ekogalerie.com.
It is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA, who holds the publisher's identity and may be required by a court to disclose it.
